GROUP SOLUTIONS, established in 2010 is a division of Mega Group Inc., which has operated in Canada for over 50 yearsIn 1965, five independent retailers located in Western Canada founded a member-owned retail association.  The overall objective of this newly formed cooperative was to improve the groups economic conditions and return all generated benefits back to its members. This cooperative has come to be known as Mega Group Inc.

Over the last 50 years, Mega Group Inc. has grown steadily, and today with customers across Canada still retains its cooperative heritage. This commitment and cooperation has earned our wholly Canadian organisation the recognition of being chosen as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for fourteen consecutive years, while acquiring Platinum status for the last nine years.

Our fully bilingual organisation is headquartered in Saskatoon, with administrative offices in Mississauga and Montreal.  For our members, 600 independent retailers representing annual sales of over $2B,  we provide a variety of building blocks such as; invoice processing, inventory financing, merchandising, digital marketing and member support services. Members are supported by a team of Regional Business Development Managers.

In 2009, as a commitment to our customers we introduced a company program called SEP (Service Excellence Program). SEP is an initiative that provides our retail members and vendor community with the best possible customer service. Service Excellence is a measurable and ongoing effort involving all Mega employees. Our Senior Management Team reports directly to the Mega Board of Directors, who represent our many shareholders across Canada.
